Your right of withdrawal.
This is an English translation for convenience. The German version is legally authoritative.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For a contract for services and for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the period begins on the day the contract is concluded. For a sales contract, it begins on the day you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. Where several goods are delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last item is taken into possession.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement. The statement is not tied to any particular form. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. The fastest way is through the online withdrawal function at markus-angerer.com/withdrawal.
Address your withdrawal to Markus Angerer, Schillerstraße 2, 8280 Fürstenfeld, Austria, email support@markus-angerer.com, phone +43 699 17 222 514.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are any additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery I offer. The refund is made without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the day your withdrawal notice reaches me.
For the refund, I use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You incur no fees as a result. For a sales contract, I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the day you notify me of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if it results from handling that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If you asked for a service to begin during the withdrawal period, you owe me an amount corresponding to the share of the service provided up to your withdrawal.
For digital editions not supplied on a physical medium, no right of withdrawal exists once I have begun delivery. This requires that you expressly consented to the early start, that you acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and that I provided you with confirmation of this on a durable medium. All three conditions must be met together.
For workshops and other services related to leisure activities, no right of withdrawal exists where a specific date or period has been agreed for performance.
For a service that, at your express request, began and was fully performed before the withdrawal period expired, your right of withdrawal ends upon full performance, provided you acknowledged before the start that you would lose it as a result.
You can submit your withdrawal here directly. For digital editions this applies only for as long as you have not expressly consented to immediate delivery. For printed editions the statutory 14-day period from receipt applies. I confirm receipt without delay on a durable medium, stating the content of your declaration together with the date and time of receipt. The routes by email or post remain open to you as well, see above.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill in this form and send it back.
